**Rupit**
Nestled within the rugged Collsacabra landscape, Rupit is a charming medieval town known for its stone architecture, historic bridges, and cobblestone streets. Walking through Rupit is like stepping back in time to discover the region’s deep-rooted traditions and unique architectural heritage.

**Salt de Sallent**
One of the most magnificent waterfalls in Spain, the Salt de Sallent cascades down 110 meters near Rupit, offering awe-inspiring views and an easy, scenic hike.

**Volcanic Zone & Natural Park**
The Fageda d’en Jordà, part of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, is a picturesque beech forest growing on ancient lava flow. This unique ecosystem has inspired countless artists and will leave you enchanted by its peaceful beauty. We’ll also explore Volcan Croscat and Santa Margarida, two of the area’s most notable volcanoes.

### Trip Schedule

– **08:45** – **Meeting Point**: Plaça de la Independència, Girona
– **09:00** – Departure (please be on time!)
– **Highway Stop** – We’ll make a quick stop for food, drinks, and restrooms.
– **11:15** – Arrival in Rupit

**Exploration of Rupit & Salt de Sallent Waterfall**
After arriving, we’ll walk through Rupit to reach Salt de Sallent. The trail (about 45 minutes each way) will offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape and culminate at the waterfall.

– **13:30** – Meeting back at the bus, then onward to the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone

**Garrotxa Volcanic Park Adventure**
Starting at Fageda d’en Jordà, we’ll take a guided walk through the beech forest, then visit Volcan Croscat and Santa Margarida to experience the beauty of this volcanic region.

– **18:00** – Return to the bus for our trip back to Girona
– **21:00** – Arrival in Girona
